Transfer made from another Aldermore account
You can check the status of any transfer you have requested online by clicking on 'Account Options' and selecting ‘Statement’.
If you instructed us to make a transfer online but cannot see a record of the transfer on your account, it is possible that you did not fully complete the instruction. If you cannot see a record of the transfer on the 'Account Statement' page then we will not have made the transfer for you. However, if you are still unsure, please contact us and we will be able to confirm this for you.
Transfer made from your other bank or building society
If you have instructed your bank or building society to send us a payment by Faster Payments, BACS or CHAPS, it may take up to two business days for the payment to show on the account.
It is possible that your reference number or account number were not quoted by your bank, in which case we may have been unable to allocate the money to your account. If this is the case, then your funds will have been returned to your bank.
